How do I bid? 

Bidding is easy. All you need to do is create an account with your email and phone number and add a credit card. Once you click on an item you’re interested in, you’ll be prompted to create an account.

What is a reserve?

A reserve is the minimum amount that a seller will accept. If the bidding does not meet a seller's hidden minimum reserve price, the item simply does not sell. Neither the buyer nor the seller is legally obligated to complete a transaction. 

Is there a buyer’s premium?

No! Since this is directly through me, the artist, you won't have to pay any buyer’s premium fees. 

Can I cancel a bid?

Once a bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please reference our Conditions of Sale for details on the Conditions of the auction.

What methods can I use to bid?

You can bid on ashleylongshore.com. 

Can I bid in person or over the telephone?

No, bids can only be made through ashleylongshore.com.
