  • How do I bid? 

    Bidding is easy. All you need to do is create an account with your email and phone number and add a credit card. Once you click on an item you’re interested in, you’ll be prompted to create an account. 

    Is there a buyer’s premium?

    No! Since this is directly through me, the artist, you won't have to pay any buyer’s premium fees.

    Can I cancel a bid?

    Once a bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please reference our Conditions of Sale for details on the Conditions of the auction.

    What methods can I use to bid?

    Can I bid in person or over the telephone?

    No, bids can only be made through ashleylongshore.com

  • Is there a minimum I can bid on an item?

    Yes, every piece of art will have a required minimum bid. 

    Is there a maximum I can bid on an item?

    No, the sky is your limit baby.

    How will I know if I get outbid?

    You will receive email notification on every item you bid on to let you know if someone has outbid you.

    Can I bid on multiple items?

    Yes, it’s encouraged!

  • How will I know if I won?

    You will receive an email notification from our team once the auction timer has run out letting you know which item(s) you won.

    What are the next steps after I’ve won?

    Our team will reach out to you with next steps and shipping information. 

  • How do I pay if I win an auction?

    Once the auction closes, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for any winning bids. 

    Is there a credit card fee?

    Yes, a 2.9% credit card fee will be changed to all credit card transactions. 

    Do you accept wire transfers?

    No, our only method of payment is through credit cards. 

  • How long will shipping take?

    Shipping will be arranged on a lot by lot basis.

    What if I live in New York and want to pick up the painting myself?

    You are more than welcome to pick up your artwork in our New York studio. When the team reaches out to notify you of your winning bid, just let them know that and they will arrange the pick up.
