I am opening up my archives for YOU to collect.
After 30 years of painting, I’ve decided to open up my archives for you to bid on. This is my FIRST art auction ever and YOU get to be the first to pick your favorites. The best way to bid live during the auction is directly on our website.
We will open up the site to preview all of the gorgeous hand-selected paintings on July 24th, bidding will begin on July 28th, and closing bids will take place on July 31st. The first step is to create an account. In order to bid, we ask that you add a valid credit card to your billing information.
Under your account, you can view current bids, and get real time updates on your favorite paintings. You will also be alerted if you have been outbid leading up to and during the auction. Please note that this auction is ONLINE ONLY, there will be no telephone or in-person bidding.
The best part is: since I’m creating this myself you won't have to pay any buyer’s premium or hammer fees.

The first step is to create an account! This is so exciting!
In order to bid, you will need to add a valid credit card to your account.
It’ll place a temporary hold of $0.50 on your credit card and you’ll get it back after the auction closes.
Once you complete these steps you are registered to bid and can build your watchlist of your favorite paintings on your account. You are officially ready to choose your favorites and start bidding on July 28th.
You can follow along on your account’s “FOLLOWING” page.
Once you place a bid from July 28th through July 31st you’ll receive an email notification if you’ve been outbid. You can also choose your max bids for each lot.
On July 31st starting at 11AM ET, the final bids will take place and the auction will close once the final bid has taken place on the last lot.
Once you’ve won your lot, a member of our team will reach out to set up shipping.

How do I bid?
Bidding is easy. All you need to do is create an account with your email and phone number and add a credit card. Once you click on an item you’re interested in, you’ll be prompted to create an account.
Is there a buyer’s premium?
No! Since this is directly through me, the artist, you won't have to pay any buyer’s premium fees.
Can I cancel a bid?
Once a bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please reference our Conditions of Sale for details on the Conditions of the auction.
What methods can I use to bid?

Can I bid in person or over the telephone?
No, bids can only be made through ashleylongshore.com.
